We are proud to present our discussion with Or-ly, regarding the importance of innovation within the municipality, regarding the importance of an innovative municipal staff and the importance of making them innovative partners to the municipality- getting credit for their work and feeling appreciated. All of that - as we spoke- makes for a better municipality that can better serve the city and the community within it. Or-Ly, spoke of innovative activities and products created within the department for gender equality- that she and her staff - including Ms. Orly Sharabany were part of. Or-ly was one of our enthusiastic participants and supporters of the Innovation and Intellectual Property project , that ISCI lead within the city of Givatayime, and we thank her for that. She mentioned that this project was very important to create awareness within the municipality of the knowledge and IP assets and their connection to a better and more innovative staff and municipality as a whole. and is sure that the encouragement of municipal staff to be inventive and innovative is of high importance.
