הפורום העולמי לחדשנות ברשויות העירוניות ובמועצות מקומיות ואיזוריות
הוא אתר ובו פורום וירטואלי – שהקימה ומנהלת עו"ד רחל פשר אייקנאר- בברכת . מאחר והמדובר בפורום וירטואלי, אין צורך להצהיר על נגישות פיסית למקום כלשהו. במקרה של צורך במפגש פנים אל מול פנים עם אדם כלשהו - תיקבע פגישה במקום מוסכם מראש ושאלות של נגישות פיזית יתואמו מראש עם לקוח שעשויים להיות לו צרכים בתחום הנגישות.
מהות אתר אינטרנט נגיש
אתר אינטרנט נגיש, הינו אתר המאפשר לאדם עם מוגבלות, לגלוש באותה רמת יעילות והנאה כגולשים אחרים, תוך שימוש ביכולות המערכת עליה הוא פועל ובאמצעות טכנולוגיות מסייעות לנגישות .
ביצוע התאמות הנגישות באתר האינטרנט
התאמות הנגישות באתר בוצעו כדי להתאים לסימן ג': שירותי האינטרנט בתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות) התשע"ג 2013, לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיותWCAG 2.0 – באמצעות מערכת ENABLE וכן תוך שימוש במערכת הבדיקה של חברת WIXבין השאר בנוגע לניגודיות ו/או לטקסטים מתארי תמונות.
האתר תומך בשימוש בטכנולוגיות מסייעות כגון תוכנות הקראת מסך, בגלישה בעזרת מקלדת על ידי שימוש במקשי ה-Tab וה-Shift+Tab למעבר בין קישורים, מקשי החיצים, מקש ה-Enter לבחירה, מקש ה-Esc ליציאה מתפריטים וחלונות, לחיצה על H או על מספר למעבר בין כותרות.
האתר יבדק מדי פעם כדי להבטיח את תחזוקת נגישות האתר.
הסדרי נגישות בארגון
כאמור בפתיח להצהרה זו- המדובר בפורום וירטואלי- במובן זה שהשירותים בו ניתנים באמצעות הטלפון, באמצעות שיחות וידיאו וכל טכנולוגיה אחרת המאפשרת תקשורת וירטואלית. למרות זאת, יתכנו גם פגישות פיזיות שיקבעו עם משתתפים. במקרה מסוג זה- יקבע באופן פרטני עם הלקוחות מקום מפגש- ובאם ללקוחות ישנם צרכים בתחום הנגישות- אילו יענו ומקום המפגש הפיזי יתואם עמם בהתאם, כדי לענות על צרכים אילו.

This is a website of The Global Forum 4 City Innovation - established as a virtual Forum by Rachel Pasher Eijkenaar, Adv. .
This is a virtual forum and therefore there is no need to declare physical accessibility to any place. In the event of a need for a face-to-face meeting with anyone involved - a meeting will be scheduled at a pre-agreed location and questions of physical accessibility will be coordinated in advance with the relevant people- who may have needs regarding accessibility.
The essence of an accessible website
An accessible website is a website that allows a person with a disability to surf with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other surfers, using the capabilities of the system on which it operates and through technologies that help accessibility.
Making accessibility adjustments on the website
The accessibility adjustments on the website were carried out in accordance with mark C: Internet services in the Regulations on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 2013, to the Israeli standard TI 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines – also using the WIX company's testing system, among other things regarding the contrast and/or the texts describing the images.
The website supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen reader software, browsing with a keyboard by using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, pressing H or on a number to move between titles.
The site will be checked from time to time to ensure the maintenance of the site's accessibility.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
As stated in the introduction to this statement - this is a virtual Forum - in the sense that it will be conducted by phone, video calls and any other technology that enables the required communication between the Forum participants. Despite this, there may also be physical meetings arranged between the Forum participants. In this case - a meeting place will be determined individually with the participants - and if they have needs in the area of accessibility – they will be coordinated and answered accordingly
