Danah Zohar is a physicist, philosopher, and management thought leader. She is a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management and a Visiting Professor at the China Academy of Art.
We chose to share this discussion here- as Dr. Pasher- the chair of ISCI- our Mother organization-http://israelsmartcities.org/members/- and Prof Zohar both speak here also of the importance of allowing people - as individuals in an organization- to think independently and to innovate- for their on benefit and for that of the organization.
